How I Work
I work exclusively as s buyers agent for clients looking for that perfect property. As a buyer agent I will:
- Completely educate you about the practice of Buyer Agency, outlining my fiduciary responsibilities to you, which include: complete Disclosure, Loyalty, Confidentiality, Obedience and Accountability.
- Create a detailed profile of your future home needs, wants, expectations, "must haves", etc.
- Assist you in researching all your financing options so you can make the best mortgage decision you can. Additionally, if you like I will refer you to first-class financial contacts who deliver similar high quality services (that I offer my clients and customers) that I've made through my years of experience. In short, I will step you through every phase of the loan process.
- Search the market for an affordable home that meets your criteria and provide market updates.
- Accompany you as you view homes, providing analysis of them. I can also refer you to expert home inspectors who will provide more in-depth analysis and advice.
- Negotiate the best possible sale price for you, take care of the details of documentation and do everything I can to make sure everything's signed, sealed and delivered on closing day.
- Assist you, if necessary, in finding the right moving company, home insurance and any other home-related services you need.
- Provide you with information for vendors who I have used in the past and offer quality services at a reasonable price to my clients.
